930 Poydras is a 21-story luxury residential tower in downtown New Orleans and the flagship property of Brian Gibbs Property Management.

Project Details

Salty Key built a custom WordPress website to feature all of the perks and amenities of the property. The property’s Gallery page uses a custom JavaScript application that allows users to easily filter building photos and 3D tours. Users can also schedule in-person or virtual property tours online; the scheduling software used integrates with BGPM’s (building management) internal calendars to avoid double-booking.

The Availability page contains real-time unit availability info that’s imported from the client’s rental management software. This required custom PHP programming since there was no plugin or off-the-shelf solution available to import data from the rental management’s online portal. All forms on the site also connect with the rental management software.
